Game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealer actions (for live tables) or by certified random number generation (for slots). Luck22 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any suspected technical fault during gameplay should be reported to support immediately — the platform will investigate and resolve the matter fairly.
Luck22 reserves the right to void bets or winnings if a technical error, pricing error, or software fault is identified that materially affected the outcome of a game or wager.
